While there are some pleasing and promising trends from our 2025 results such as:
1 Employer participation in wellbeing initiatives is now up to 70 %( up from 52 % in 2024).
1 Professional contentment has improved vs 2024( 52 % are happy or love what they do which is up from 41 % last year).
1 Work / life balance is stabilising( c. 34 % say improved vs 21 % in 2024).
However, what is more concerning and points to the need for still more work to be done is: there still remains work to be done.
1 More people are working from home permanently or hybrid, yet 22 % indicate mental health is poor or of concern.
