Later Life Academies
These sessions are virtual events, running quarterly, and their focus is to bring detail about product, service and systems in support of lending in and into retirement. The requirement for all Academies is that they are educational, and not simply sales orientated.
Details of all of these events are circulated weekly through Member email communications usually on a Monday morning.

Specialist Academies
New for 2025, these dedicated academies will look at the specialist markets and the solutions available to help your clients presenting complex cases. Specialist isn’ t just another word for adverse, you wil find that there are dedicated specialist lenders that are able to support the majority of cases that don’ t fit the mainstream high street. Running in H1 and H2, both sessions will bring you a broad understanding of the scenarios that can be supported and the lenders that are in your corner and ready to assist.
Mortgage Showcase
Our Mortgage Showcase brand features a series of events taking place in regions including, Scotland, Northern England, Midlands and Southern England. These events are open to all advisers across the industry and the format of a highly relevant and educational seminar programme, set against a significantly large expo area filled with lenders and service providers that can allow you have a business packed day, while taking away the latest thinking across the key areas in our industry.
As mentioned above, we also host the Buy to Let Conference and this year we held our inaugural Specialist Lending Conference offering all the opportunity to immerse themselves in one area getting to grips with the key elements in each segment.
